If we are ordered by a court of law to disclose information or to testify she/it will do so to the extent that the law requires.
By purchasing a service with Arielle Y. or by using the Service as a source of personal growth and self discovery, you are deemed to have read and accepted all laid out terms, conditions, agreements and privacy policy provided on on this Site.
You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge The Service and/or Arielle Y., any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by us as a result of the advice given by us or otherwise resulting from the coaching, consulting or mentoring relationship contemplated by this agreement.
You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made for you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind you and your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
All agreed-upon paid services and communication, via Zoom, Telegram, email or otherwise specified, are delivered by Arielle as well as information set forth on this website are meant to support your own personal journey, growth, transformation, expansion and evolution.
By participating in a purchased service and product from the Site and Arielle you confirm that you have read, and agree to the following terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the disclaimers and waivers of liability.
All services and products offered on this website are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
Arielle and the Service are not claiming itself in any capacity to be or is acting as a mental health counsellor, medical professional, healthcare practitioner, therapist, counsellor, or financial advisor, whether through all content delivered through ariellesuny.com and arielleyglobal.com or through its one-on-one services and packages.
By choosing to purchase and enroll into a service or product offered, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being in the duration of your program, container, package and subsequently, including your choices and decisions.
All services provided are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and you should not use it in place of any form of such therapy.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All services are not available to anyone under the age of 18 unless requested by a parent or legal guardian and Arielle Y. agrees to provide the service.
PRICE, PAYMENTS, PURCHASES AND NO-REFUND POLICY
Prices for all our Services, including materials and products, are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices for our services and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Payments must be made on time in full pay or payment plan option(s) as agreed upon before entering any Service. Payment must be completed before the commencement and delivery of any and all services.
All sales and transactions are final at the time of purchase, with a non-refundable policy. No refunds will be issued for completed transactions, products, materials, programs and all services regardless of time or condition.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
If we believe your payment has violated any laws or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24-hour notice in advance. Failure to provide advance notice will result in your session being charged, as there are no refunds. The session can then only be rearranged under special circumstances with provided justification of reasoning. If you are late to your scheduled session, the session will end at the scheduled time. If you are late for more than 10 minutes without notice, the immersion / session will be cancelled without refund.
CLIENT CONTRACT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
By enrolling in any service or purchase of any program, product or digital material, you (“Client”) are committing to receiving it or showing up fully with respect, heart dedication and presence.
You agree to show up on time to our scheduled calls and immersions, and adhere with kindness and respect to the agreed-upon terms of our service and program container or experiences. You are self-responsible and accountable for your own results. We will show up fully for you and support you to our best integral capacity within set parameters; but the onus is on you to take lead in ownership for your personal self and your life.
We have the right to terminate immediately any Service offered if any unlawful and/or disrespectful behavior occurs.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTS AND DISCLAIMERS
Arielle (“Consultant”, “Advisor”, “Guide”, “Mentor”, “Coach”) and the Service is devoted to delivering its services and products with integrity, but does not promise, warrant, guarantee or assume responsibility for any outcomes and results of the services, materials and products offered; including but not limited to your health, wellness, relationship status, financial status or professional success. Consultant’s comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. Consultant makes no guarantees other than that the services described shall be provided to Client in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Client acknowledges that the Consultant cannot guarantee any results for Coaching/Consulting/Mentorship as such outcomes are based on subjective factors that cannot be controlled by the Consultant.
Your use of our services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Arielle and the Service, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using our services will meet your expectations and requirements.
CONFIDENTIALITY
(a) Client Information: Any and all Client information and data of a confidential nature, including but not limited to any and all design, creative, marketing, sales, operating, performance, know-how, business and process information (hereinafter referred to as “Confidential Information”), shall be treated by Consultant and the Site in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to third parties or used by the Site for any purpose other than for providing Client with the services specified hereunder without Client’s express written consent. Confidential Information shall not include any information which (a) becomes available to the public through no breach of confidentiality by Consultant, (b) was in Consultant’s possession prior to receipt from the disclosure, (c) is received by Consultant independently from a third party free to disclose such information, or (d) is independently developed by Consultant without use of the Client’s Confidential Information. Upon request, Company hereto will promptly return or destroy all documents containing Confidential Information and delete all electronic records of or containing the same.
(b) Public Disclosure: Neither party may disclose the terms of this Agreement. Neither party shall make any formal or informal public statement, press release or other announcement regarding the existence or terms of this Agreement without the other party’s prior written approval.
NON-DISCLOSURE OF SERVICE, PROGRAM AND PRODUCT MATERIALS
Material given to Client in the course of Client’s work with Arielle and the Service is proprietary and developed solely and specifically for the Service. All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements and the like that have been or will be made are for personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only. Original materials that have been provided to Client are for Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for Client’s own personal use. Any disclosure, reproduction and sale by Client to a third party is strictly prohibited.
CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These terms will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Arielle and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates are not liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal feels from your use of the Site and Services.
INDEMNITY
Exception where prohibited by law, by using this Site, Services, Products and Materials, you indemnify and hold harmless Arielle Sun Y. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and any affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal feels arising out of your use of our Site, Services, Products and Materials, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
SEVERABILITY
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms will still be considered valid.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Terms after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
